Welcome Dog Lovers!

Hi Everyone!

I moved back to NYC from Dog Friendly San Francisco less than a year ago. After having a baby I finally succumbed to a dog walker to make sure my favorite little guy gets the proper exercise he enjoys and deserves. I was shocked to see so many lethargic looking dog walkers at the local dog park, chatting while the pooches just sat on the dirty slab of concrete. I was appalled to see dog walkers standing on my local corner chatting on their cell phones while the 5 dogs they had on leash just sat there patiently, waiting for their 'walk'. I was so lucky to find my dog walker - a wonderful guy who truly LOVES dogs - he has a tattoo of his dog on his arm! I have seen him when he hasn't seen me, marching along at a fast pace with dogs who clearly adore him. He never has more than 3 at a time. I suddenly remembered the blog 'I saw your nanny' when I saw a miserable snail paced dog walker today and thought - people might want to know if their dog walker is not providing their pet with the attention they need!!!

NOTE - THIS BLOG IS NOT FOR PET OWNERS WHO SIMPLY NEED SOMEONE TO TAKE THEIR DOG OUT TO PEE/POOP. THIS IS FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT TO MAKE SURE THEIR DOG IS GETTING THE EXERCISE AND LOVE THEY DESERVE.
